We also have excellent relationships with other property managers, real estate agents, and relocation companies to help us fill your vacancy quickly.

We screen all applicants consistently and carefully. Our process is rigorous and includes credit checks and a review of any prior evictions or unlawful detainers. Then, we verify income and employment and conduct rental reference checks with current and previous landlords. The result is a well-qualified tenant with a great track record.

Our innovative online payment system allows us to collect rent on time from tenants every month. Once we have the payment, we will send you your rent electronically, eliminating the hassle and wait of paper checks. We’ll also provide you with accounting statements that carefully document all the income and expenses associated with your property.

We conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections and take more than 75 pictures. You’ll be able to log onto your online portal and see inspection reports, review maintenance requests, and check invoices. Our routine and emergency maintenance responses are fast and thorough, and we always keep you informed of what’s going on at your property.

1Project Management Services – property owner pays for all maintenance costs. Under the Silver and Gold Plan, owner will be charged 10% proj. mgt fee on all repairs or improvements with costs over $1000 and for all make-ready repairs when preparing your property for rent.

2Leasing Guarantee – If it takes longer than 21 or 30 days to lease the property, SRE will waive 1 month’s management fee.

3Property Damage Guarantee – – SRE will cover any damages that exceed the security deposit up to $1000 for Silver, $2500 for Gold, and $5000 for Platinum for any leases where we selected the tenants.

4Pet and 5Eviction Guarantees are only valid when tenants’ selection occurred under SRE management.

6Tenancy Guarantee – We guarantee that any SRE-approved resident will remain in your property for at least 12 months. If they do not,
we’ll replace them and waive the leasing fee.
