How do you collect and pay me rent?

How do I know my property is in good shape?
We conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections and take more than 75 pictures. You’ll be able to log onto your online portal and see inspection reports, review maintenance requests, and check invoices. Our routine and emergency maintenance responses are fast and thorough, and we always keep you informed of what’s going on at your property.
What if I’m unhappy?
We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our services that we offer a 90-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services we will provide you with a full refund of your management fees.
